Key Responsibilities

• Administer DeltaV system and support operation for manufacturing DeltaV systems.
• Execute periodic maintenance activities, including DeltaV Diagnostics review, Server Event Log review, Backup and Recovery verification, DeltaV Licensing review, Emerson Hotfix review, Batch Historian administration, and VCAT synchronization activities.
• Support DeltaV server administration, Windows Patching, Startup/Shutdown activities, HCI virtualization infrastructure management, VM migration, Backup & Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and restore activities to ensure system availability and business continuity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DeltaV Servers, Workstations, Application Stations, Historians, network connectivity, and integrated system interfaces.
• Monitor and support DeltaV integrations with Werum PAS-X MES and OSI PI systems to ensure reliable data exchange, interface health, and system connectivity.
• Support PI daily operational activities, interface monitoring, historian connectivity, and data flow troubleshooting.
• Support OT cybersecurity compliance, audit readiness, and GMP periodic reviews.
• Support DeltaV upgrades, technology refresh, lifecycle management, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
• Provide administration support for NPI, expansion, and capital projects, including system configuration, FAT/SAT support, commissioning, qualification, startup, cutover, and post-implementation activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, MES, OSI PI, OT Infrastructure, Project Delivery teams, and Emerson support teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

What we expect from you

• At least bachelor’s degree in Lifescience, Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting DeltaV Systems.
• Strong experience in DeltaV Administration and Diagnostics, Licensing, Backup & Recovery, Batch Historian, Upgrade and Lifecycle Management, Windows Server Administration, VMware/Hyper-V/HCI Infrastructure, etc.
• Experience in operating under Data Integrity and Change Control in GMP environment.
• Ideally with DeltaV System Administration certification and/or equivalent hands-on DeltaV administration experience.
• Ideally with experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing facilities.
• Preferably with OSI PI System experience (PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, Interfaces, and Historian) will be considered an added advantage.
