Brotani Ventures Hiring! Full Time Kitchen Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

Main Responsibilities

* Prepare fruits and ingredients for daily production

* Wash, clean, peel, cut and portion fruits according to SOP

* Assist in smoothie and juice production at the central kitchen

* Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to production requirements

* Prepare and pack frozen smoothie packs

* Assist with juice preparation, bottling and packing

* Ensure all ingredients are properly labelled and stored

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area

* Clean and sanitise knives, cutting boards, equipment and workstations

* Follow food safety, hygiene and company SOPs at all times

* Check the quality and freshness of fruits before preparation

* Report spoiled, damaged or insufficient ingredients to the supervisor

* Assist with loading, unloading and organising ingredients when required

* Support stock counting and proper storage of fruits and ingredients

* Assist the production team with other kitchen tasks when required

Requirements

* No experience required, training will be provided

* Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods

* Able to handle repetitive food preparation work

* Able to follow instructions and production SOPs

* Responsible, punctual and disciplined

* Able to work as part of a team

* Basic understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene

* Previous kitchen or food production experience is an advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
