Job Summary

This role involves engaging customers, managing sales processes, and developing project opportunities within the construction industry to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and facilitate purchases to enhance customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with interior design firms and architects to secure project collaborations
• Identify and pursue project tender opportunities to expand business reach
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, invoices, and related documentation to support sales transactions
• Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to support sales activities and business development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of stone/marble
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
