About the role

KÖSA Coffee is looking for a responsible and hands-on Café Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our outlets. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and outlet team to maintain service standards, product quality, team performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts.

• Supervise, guide, and support baristas and service crew during daily operations.

• Maintain KÖSA's beverage, food, recipe, presentation, and service standards.

• Monitor outlet cleanliness, hygiene, equipment, and customer areas.

• Manage inventory, daily stock counts, stock arrangement, shortages, and wastage.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, attendance, and manpower arrangements.

• Conduct onboarding and basic operational training for new team members.

• Coach existing team members and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure all SOPs, safety requirements, opening/closing checklists, and operational procedures are followed.

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in café, restaurant, F&B, retail, or hospitality operations.

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.

• Hands-on and comfortable working directly with the outlet team.

• Good communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

• Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and professionally.

• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, cash handling, and staff scheduling.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Able to travel between KÖSA outlets when required.

• Barista or coffee knowledge will be an added advantage.
