MOURI Tech Hiring! Full Time IT Support Specialist in Central Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or Workplace Technology Support roles.
• Proven experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, and end-user support within a corporate IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPN, and wireless connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems, meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with IT asset management processes and asset lifecycle administration.
• Basic understanding of IT security, access control, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a multinational and geographically distributed IT support environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholders' management skills with high-quality customer-oriented mindset.
