Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unity Mobile Developer role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Unity Mobile Developer will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that integrate neuroscience-driven performance coaching features, primarily using Unity for Android and other mobile platforms. Responsibilities include implementing object-oriented software solutions, optimizing application performance, debugging and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product, design, and neuroscience teams to translate coaching concepts into interactive mobile experiences. The role also involves integrating APIs and third-party services, participating in code reviews, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and mobile user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience delivering production-ready Mobile Applications.
• Proficiency in iOS Development, including deployment, testing, and optimization on Apple devices is an advantage

• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development best practices.
• Experience with Unity or similar game engines for mobile, including UI/UX implementation and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integration of backend services, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and unit/integration testing for mobile applications.
• Interest in neuroscience, performance coaching, or digital health solutions is an advantage.
