We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day management of cleaning operations across multiple sites. This includes supervising cleaners, ensuring service quality, maintaining client satisfaction, managing manpower deployment and ensuring complainace with workplace safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Ensure all contractual cleaning requirements and KPIs are achieved.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure sufficient cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables are available at all sites.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as required to support facilities

Manpower Management

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaners.
• Plan and deploy manpower efficiently to meet operational requirements.
• Arrange replacements for absenteeism, annual leave, medical leave, and emergency situations.
• Conduct on-site training and coaching for cleaners.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
• Recommend disciplinary actions or recognition where appropriate.

Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Attend client meetings and respond promptly to enquiries or complaints.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on client feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Administration

• Verify attendance records and timesheets.
• Prepare operational reports and site inspection reports.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, leave, incidents, and inventory.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising multiple sites will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
