We are seeking a Functional Test Engineer with strong experience in Digital Channels and Payments testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business workflows, ensuring high-quality releases, and supporting complex banking payment systems.

• Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Digital Channels Testing

• Customer Onboarding Journeys.
• Account Services.
• Card Services.
• Customer Self-Service Portals.
• Payments Testing
• Domestic Payments.
• International Payments.
• Real-Time Payments.
• Bill Payments.
• Merchant Payments.
• Payment Gateway Integration Testing.
• Transaction Validation and Reconciliation.
• Defect Management
• Log and track defects using Jira/ALM.
• Work with business and development teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare test execution and status reports.

Required Skills

Mandatory

• 6 years of Manual Functional Testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Test Case Design and Execution.
• Defect Management using Jira or similar tools.
• SQL for backend validation.
• Digital Channels testing experience.
• Payments domain testing experience.

Preferred

• Banking and Financial Services experience.
• API Testing using Postman.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• UAT coordination experience.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
