Contract Order Processing Senior Associate | Up to $3.5K | Office Hours #HYNA

We are hiring an Order Processing Senior Associate to support order fulfilment and supply chain operations in a leading healthcare company. Immediate start is available.

Salary: $3,000–$3,500/month
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and coordinate fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Manage stock transfers, inventory movements and ERP updates.
• Perform stock reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and support supply chain process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in order processing, customer service, sales support or operations.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and inventory data.
