Adecco’s client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing payroll team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering regional exposure, where you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance and payroll-related activities across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll data input and maintain accurate employee and payroll information.
• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing, including payroll calculation, salary and leave processing, other compensation and reconciliation.
• Monitor and execute payroll activities according to the payroll processing schedule.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and payments are disbursed to employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory remittances within the required deadlines.
• Support accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll processes.
• Experience with statutory filings and reporting is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
