Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily delivery and collection of parcels, goods, and shipments to customers and business locations.
Plan and follow assigned delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient completion of deliveries.
Conduct proper checking of parcels, delivery orders, and shipment details before and after each delivery.
Ensure all goods are handled, transported, and delivered safely and in good condition.
Obtain proof of delivery, customer acknowledgement, and update delivery status accurately in the company system.
Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and operational issues.
Report failed deliveries, damaged parcels, missing items, and other incidents promptly to the Operations Team.
Conduct basic vehicle checks and ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.
Comply with company policies, Singapore traffic regulations, workplace safety requirements, and delivery procedures.
