Job Overview

Responsible for carrying out day-to-day technical maintenance and supporting the smooth operation of building facilities at the assigned site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
• Attend to technical complaints, breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair works for M&E systems.
• Conduct regular inspection of equipment, plant rooms and common areas.
• Assist contractors and specialist vendors during maintenance and repair works.
• Record maintenance activities, breakdowns and completed works.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and according to site requirements.
• Support the site team in maintaining the building and facilities in good working condition.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant technical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of building M&E systems.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends or public holidays where required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a site team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
