Role Description The Technical Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cyberjaya. This role is responsible for leading technical teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT solutions, ensuring that projects meet performance, quality, and timeline expectations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing technical support activities, guiding research and development efforts, and coordinating with stakeholders to align technical implementations with business requirements. The Technical Manager will also manage project resources, monitor risks, and provide mentorship to team members to maintain high standards of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess system performance, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Team management experience, including leadership, mentoring, and coordination of cross-functional technical teams.
• Hands-on technical support capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex IT issues and guide support staff.
• Experience in research and development (R&D) for IT solutions, including evaluating new technologies and improving existing systems.
• Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time and within scope.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development practices, and system integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting technical information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
