Job Description
As a Clinical Psychologist at Nadi Intelek, you play a central role in shaping the developmental outcomes of every child under our care — your clinical judgement directly determines the direction of each child's intervention journey.
Clinical Assessment & Diagnostic Support
- Lead in-depth psychological and developmental assessments that form the clinical foundation for each child's intervention plan
- Provide professional input into the diagnostic process for autism and related developmental conditions, working closely with the Clinical Department to ensure accuracy and consistency of clinical decisions
Intervention Planning & Clinical Ownership
- Design and take ownership of individualised behavioural and psychological intervention plans, translating assessment findings into clear, actionable clinical strategies
- Continuously monitor each child's progress against clinical goals, and make evidence-based adjustments to ensure outcomes stay on track — not just deliver sessions, but be accountable for results
Multidisciplinary Clinical Leadership
- Act as a key clinical reference point within a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Behavioural Therapists and Speech-Language Therapists, guiding how psychological insights are applied across each child's overall programme
- Provide expert psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers, equipping families with the understanding and tools to support development beyond the therapy room
Clinical Governance & Accountability
- Maintain rigorous, confidential clinical documentation and case records that meet professional and regulatory standards
- Ensure the safety, dignity and wellbeing of every child during assessment and therapy sessions on campus
- Uphold the clinical and ethical standards expected of a registered psychology professional, and escalate any clinical concern appropriately
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychologist or a related field
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle challenging behavioral situations with composure.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
