Job Responsibilities
1. Overall HR Management: Oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans, and support business growth and management decisions.
2. Organizational Structure & Workforce Planning: Develop and optimize organizational structures, manpower planning, and job responsibilities to ensure effective workforce allocation and cost control.
3. Performance & Compensation Management: Develop, implement, and optimize performance appraisal systems, compensation structures, employee grading, incentive schemes, and promotion and demotion mechanisms. Ensure effective implementation across all departments.
4. Recruitment & Talent Management: Oversee recruitment planning, talent acquisition, key position hiring, and talent pipeline development to meet departmental manpower needs.
5. Payroll & Employee Management: Supervise payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and employee benefits. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
6. Employee Relations & HR Policies: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employment-related issues. Develop and improve employee handbooks, HR policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7. Singapore HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations. Oversee work pass administration, CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory HR requirements.
8. Team & Cross-Departmental Management: Lead and manage the HR team, working closely with Operations, Finance, and senior management to resolve HR-related matters.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum
5-10 years of relevant HR experience
, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
Good knowledge of the
Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and local HR practices
.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
Experience in work pass applications and statutory HR matters will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
