Job description

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including:
• Front: cashiering, order taking, customer service
• Back: food preparation, basic cooking, coordinating food orders
• Supervise and lead staff, including scheduling and task delegation
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and basic cost control
• Assist in training new staff and improving team performance
• Ensure outlet meets sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B industry (Supervisor experience preferred)
• Familiar with restaurant/outlet operations (experience in chicken rice or fast casual is an advantage)
• Able to handle both kitchen and service duties (multitasking)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of POS/cashier systems
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
