Learning and Development Specialist, Consumer Services

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading client in the consumer services industry to appoint a Learning and Development Specialist. We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on L&D professional to drive our corporate learning agenda. This role is designed for an individual who excels in facilitation and is capable of delivering high-impact soft skills training that drives measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Learning & Development leadership Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, facilitation and implementation of learning initiatives that support organisational priorities. The role will partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps, understand business needs and develop targeted learning solutions that enhance individual and team performance.

A significant component of the role will involve the delivery of engaging and impactful learning experiences, with a particular focus on soft skills, leadership and professional development programmes. As such, we are seeking someone with strong facilitation capabilities and the confidence to engage diverse audiences across varying levels of seniority. The successful individual will be comfortable facilitating both classroom and virtual learning interventions, creating an environment that encourages participation, reflection and behavioural change.

Beyond programme delivery, the role will also be involved in learning needs analysis, curriculum development, content design and programme evaluation. The individual will be expected to leverage adult learning principles and contemporary learning methodologies to create meaningful learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes. This includes assessing programme effectiveness, gathering stakeholder feedback and using data and insights to continuously improve learning solutions.
