Responsibilities
Summary Benefits:
Basic Up to $3500 (Based on experience)
5 Working Days, Office Hours
Location: West
Responsibilities:
Carry out QC inspections and quality checks on valves and related products.
Conduct pressure testing and functional testing of valves using testing equipment.
Troubleshoot daily process and quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, gauges and other inspection equipment.
Prepare and maintain QC inspection records, reports and documentation.
Carry out risk assessments and ensure safe working practices.
Operate machines and equipment required for valve testing.
Operate overhead crane for material and equipment handling when required.
Perform other QC-related duties as assigned by the QC Manager.
Requirements:
Professional Certificate / NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant QC, inspection, mechanical or technical experience.
Hands-on and comfortable working in a workshop/manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of measuring and inspection tools such as vernier calipers and gauges.
Willing to operate valve pressure testing machines; on-the-job training will be provided.
Willing to operate an overhead crane; training will be provided.
Basic computer skills with the ability to prepare/read reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
