What The Role Is

You support the development of future defence concepts in digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) domains, as well as the master-planning of Research & Development (R&D) and experimentation to realise game-changing future concepts.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop future defence concepts
• Plan and drive R&D and experimentation initiatives
• Coordinate with DSTA and DSO partners
• Manage local and overseas stakeholder relationships
• Monitor technological trends
• Identify collaborative opportunities
• Prepare reports and manage project implementation
  
  Challenge(s)
• Justifying disruptive concepts which will requires a mindset change, takes time to realise and carries technical and programme risks
• Keeping current with rapidly evolving technology trends
• Identifying collaborative opportunities both locally and internationally
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 years of working experience in technical domains, digital and AI expertise is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking abilities
• Good time management skills
• Highly motivated and work well under pressure
