Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations and collaborate with sales managers to support sales activities

Receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, generating internal job orders accordingly

Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear information on products, services, and order status

Communicate proactively with customers to update them on order progress, delivery schedules, and resolve potential issues

Generate and maintain detailed inventory reports to track sales performance and support forecasting efforts

Assist sales managers with various sales-related tasks to enhance team effectiveness

Support the team leader by assisting with work process improvements and data generation

Support inter-company administrative tasks as required

Apply Excel skills to manage data and reporting efficiently

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
