Are you a creative, hands-on digital marketer who loves creating content, shooting videos, managing social media and turning ideas into engaging campaigns?

Cleanpro Laundry is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our marketing team and help grow our online presence, strengthen brand awareness and generate customer & franchise leads.

Social Media

• Plan and manage content for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Write engaging captions and coordinate content scheduling and posting
• Manage community engagement and online enquiries
• Stay updated with social media trends and content formats

Content & Creative

• Create social media posts and marketing materials using Canva / Adobe
• Plan, shoot and edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
• Capture photos and videos at CleanPro outlets when required
• Maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging

Digital Marketing

• Support Meta Ads campaign setup, monitoring and basic optimisation
• Update website content, landing pages and enquiry forms
• Support basic SEO activities
• Track social media, website, advertising and lead-generation performance
• Prepare regular marketing reports

Marketing Support

• Support outlet promotions, exhibitions, collaborations and other marketing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, franchisees, agencies and vendors
• Ensure marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time
• Monitor and compile digital leads for follow-up by the relevant teams

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Creative Design or a related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Strong content creation skills, including captions, graphics, photography and short-form video
• Good working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video-editing tools
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO and website content management
• Good communication, writing and coordination skills
• A creative, proactive and self-driven mindset
• Comfortable with photography/video shooting and occasional outlet visits
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently
• A portfolio of social media or content work is an added advantage
