Responsibilities
Kitchen Crew – Glow Food (100% Vegan Concept)
Location: 10 Coleman Street, Grand Park City Hall
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation and cooking.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Support chefs in plating and service during peak hours.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and follow SOPs.
Perform stock checks and assist with FIFO rotation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements
Prior kitchen experience preferred (vegan concept experience a plus).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Hours: 44‑hour work week, 5.5 days.
Salary Range: $2,700 – $3,000 (depending on experience).
Leave: Annual Leave, Medical Leave.
Insurance Coverage provided.
Referral Bonus: $500.
