Kadence Ballet Academy is a leading ballet school in Singapore committed to providing high-quality training and holistic development for young dancers. Our faculty is composed of highly experienced professionals dedicated to nurturing technical excellence, artistry, and discipline in every student.

Role: Dance Coach
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Dance Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in ballet pedagogy, competition coaching, and professional stage experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of professional ballet company experience as a dancer (preferable have experience en pointe).
• Must graduate from ballet vocational school (preferable Vaganova Methods) with diploma.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver ballet classes across various levels.
• Coach and mentor students for competitions and stage performances.
• Ensure correct technique, artistry, and safe practices are maintained in all training.
• Work collaboratively with the faculty to uphold the academy’s high standards of education.
• Willing to give adult ballet classes.
