Job Description:

• Oversee daily frozen production operations to ensure efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate cross-shift teams, assign tasks and adjust staffing to meet production demands.
• Monitor product quality throughout all production stages from raw materials to finished products.
• Conduct regular preventive checks on production equipment to identify potential malfunctions early.
• Record key production data and submit daily operation reports to management.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to production disruptions and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
• Lead new employee training and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material supply.

Requirements:

• Hold high school diploma or above, food-related degree or food safety certification is preferred.
• Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing industry.
• Have basic math and data recording skills to complete accurate daily production reports.
• Possess good communication and leadership skills to manage frontline production teams.
• Able to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
• Physically fit for long hours standing work and able to lift up to 50 pounds of materials.
