Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination and execution of business events to meet client goals and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships by handling inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns professionally.
• Support Project Manager in client servicing, ensuring requirements and deliverables are updated and met.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Creative) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery to specification.
• Prepare and manage event documents including timelines, budgets, contracts and schedules; monitor progress and provide regular updates.
• Provide on-site assistance during events, oversee logistics and resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist in post-event analysis by collecting feedback and preparing reports on outcomes and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or event management; MICE sector experience preferred.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Keynote; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, CVENT and Canva is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and multitasking abilities, effective problem-solving and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
