Qualifications

• Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, client coordination, and issue resolution.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology, with the ability to understand IT services, systems, and basic technical terminology.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Business Development and Sales, including opportunity identification, proposal support, and contract or renewal discussions.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
