Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EV maintenance, repair, and diagnostics using OEM tools
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic & high-voltage systems
• Carry out PDI, software updates, calibrations, and ADAS diagnostics
• Perform vehicle body repair, panel replacement, dent removal, and minor accident repairs
• Carry out surface preparation, sanding, masking, priming, painting, and finishing works
• Perform colour matching and ensure paint finishing meets company and manufacturer quality standards
• Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure proper body alignment, paint quality, and overall workmanship
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and KPI standards
• Document repairs and completed works in DMS and support warranty reporting
• Maintain EV high-voltage safety compliance and workshop 5S standards
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of body repair and paint equipment
• Support Service Advisors and provide technical advice when needed
• Work closely with the Body & Paint team to ensure timely completion of repair jobs
• Participate in XPENG technical training and continuous upskilling

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
