Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage customer quality feedback and respond to NCR.
• Liaise with customer SQE for all quality-related issues.
• Manage outgoing and incoming inspectors, OT arrangement and resources
• Responsible for daily outgoing inspection arrangement
• Responsible for daily reporting, data collection and records,
• Responsible for outgoing and shipping documentation
• Responsible for packing material usage and issuance.
• Responsible for quality performance, quality feedback and quality issue
• Ensure 5S and safety requirement & compliance at workplace/workstation
• Ensure customer specifications, requirements, and QMS compliance
• Provide training to enhance inspector skills
• Work on continuous improvement activities
• Manage daily outgoing shipment fullfilment
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

• Diploma and above is required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial working environment
• Preferred knowledge of 7QC tools/8D/root cause analysis

Pay: RM2,407.78 - RM5,000.00 per month
