A leading digital payment and fintech organisation is looking for a Strategy Manager to join its CEO's Office. This is a high-visibility role that offers direct exposure to senior leadership, while playing a critical part in driving business performance, governance, and strategic execution across the organisation.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the CEO's Office, you will support the preparation of management and board presentations, monitor corporate performance and strategic initiatives, and ensure key business priorities remain on track.
You will work closely with business leaders across the organisation to track deliverables, monitor corporate scorecards, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making. A significant portion of the role involves reviewing presentations, challenging assumptions, and ensuring materials presented to leadership are clear, accurate, and actionable.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a highly analytical discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience within Strategy, CEO Office, Transformation, PMO, Corporate Planning, Management Consulting, or Performance Management.
• Strong experience preparing executive-level presentations and board papers.
• Proven ability to monitor business performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leaders when necessary.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to synthesise complex information into concise management updates.
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Background from Consulting, CEO Office, Transformation Office, Corporate Strategy, or Performance Management functions would be advantageous.
