Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within the required timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, review technical data, and identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and feasibility studies to support project requirements.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure all project works comply with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing project-related technical queries and requirements.
- Prepare quotations and project cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and manage project expenditure.
