Job Summary

Join Alexis Employment as a Placement Consultant working from home, managing client needs, matching suitable domestic helpers, and driving successful placements with flexible hours and performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Engage families to assess and understand their domestic helper requirements for suitable matches
• Recommend and present appropriate helper profiles tailored to client needs
• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates to align with household preferences
• Manage the entire placement process from initial enquiry through to successful deployment
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Alexis Employment’s placement procedures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional follow-up and service
• Develop client referrals and repeat business by delivering consistent, high-quality service

Required competencies and certifications

• CEI Certification as mandated for employment agency personnel
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage clients independently to understand and meet their needs
• Responsible and service-oriented approach to managing client and candidate interactions
• Self-motivated and results-driven to achieve placement targets and income goals
• Knowledge and adherence to MOM regulations and agency procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or the domestic helper industry
