Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

The Creator Operations Executive / Specialist will be responsible for developing, supporting and improving the performance of agency partners and creators within a live-streaming and social-entertainment platform.

• Identify, recruit and onboard agencies, MCNs, creators, livestream hosts, KOLs and other relevant partners to grow the platform’s agency ecosystem.
• Manage ongoing relationships with agency leaders and key partners, serving as a primary contact for operational and performance-related matters.
• Guide new agencies and creators through onboarding, platform processes, operating requirements and relevant policies.
• Monitor agency and host performance using key metrics such as activity, engagement, retention, transactions, monetisation and overall performance.
• Analyse performance data and identify underperforming areas, growth opportunities and appropriate improvement actions.
• Provide agencies, creators and hosts with practical recommendations, coaching and operational support to improve performance.
• Support agency partners on matters relating to platform policies, content guidelines, moderation, incentive programmes and operational procedures.
• Assist in resolving agency, creator and host-related issues and coordinate escalations with relevant internal teams when required.
• Maintain regular communication with agency partners to strengthen engagement, retention and long-term cooperation.
• Support creator/host development initiatives, campaigns, activities and other programmes designed to increase platform participation and performance.
• Work closely with internal operations, content, customer support and other teams to resolve partner issues and improve the overall agency experience.
• Maintain accurate agency records, performance reports and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of relevant working experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Agency Management / Agency Operations
• Creator Operations / Creator Management
• MCN Operations
• Livestream Operations
• Host / Streamer Management
• KOL / Influencer Management
• Talent Operations / Talent Management
• Creator Partnerships
• Social Entertainment / Digital Entertainment platform operations
• Hands-on experience managing agencies, MCNs, creators, livestream hosts, KOLs, influencers or similar external partners is strongly preferred.
• Experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management and performance development is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with live-streaming, creator-economy, social-media or social-entertainment platforms.
• Ability to monitor and interpret performance dashboards, KPIs, engagement, retention, activity or monetisation data.
• Experience providing coaching, recommendations or operational guidance to improve partner, creator or host performance.
• Understanding of platform operations, including content policies, moderation, compliance and/or creator incentive programmes, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle partner enquiries and operational issues professionally.
• Good organisational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in Malaysia.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates currently or previously working as an Agency Operations Executive, Agency Management Executive, Creator Operations Executive, Creator Manager, Livestream Operations Executive, Host Operations Executive, MCN Operations Executive, KOL/Influencer Management Executive, Talent Manager, Creator Partnership Executive or similar role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience working with live-streaming platforms, social-entertainment applications, MCNs, creator agencies, influencer agencies, TikTok/live-commerce operations or digital creator communities will be an advantage.
