Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries and assist to register patients
Assist in handling and restraining animals during consultations and treatments
Schedule appointments, admissions and follow-ups
Invoicing, dispensing medications and provide basic advice on animal care, nutrition and point-treatment care
Administrative tasks including filing, data entry, stock replenishment for reception display, stock check and document preparation (eg. issue certificates, print labels etc)
Maintain accurate up-to-date customers’ records and ensuring confidentiality of information
Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and oversee payments of invoices/bills
Oversee office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues (NETS machine, printer, etc)
Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Follow safety protocols for handling animals and medical waste
Support miscellaneous duties as and when required
Requirements:
Passion and love for animals and their wellbeing
Possess initiative, good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a veterinary or animal care environment is a plus
Working Hours:
9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Mon to Fri)
10.00 am to 5.00 pm (1 Sat per month)
