Role Description
The Bullion Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves assisting walk-in and referred customers with bullion inquiries, product selection, and transaction processing, ensuring an efficient and professional experience. The Bullion Executive will handle day-to-day sales activities, including quoting prices, preparing invoices, coordinating payment and collection, and updating inventory records. The role also includes responding to customer calls and emails, providing market and product information, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies. The Bullion Executive will collaborate with the broader team to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and uphold compliance and security standards in all transactions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, ideally in financial services, precious metals, or a related industry.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to handle pricing, transactions, and documentation accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with an understanding of compliance, risk awareness, and secure handling of valuables.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (point-of-sale systems, inventory software, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company-specific platforms.
  • Prior knowledge of bullion and precious metals markets is an advantage; training will be provided for candidates with strong potential.
  • Minimum of a diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
