Production Support Analyst - Banking Payments

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst with strong expertise in Banking Payments Systems and production support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents while ensuring high system availability and service reliability for critical payment applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for banking and payment applications.

Monitor application and infrastructure health using industry-standard monitoring tools.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during incident management activities.

Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.

Ensure timely communication and status updates during production issues and outages.

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.

Participate in shift support and on-call rotation as required.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Banking Payments Systems support and operations.
