Hi everyone! I head Payment Operations at Awaj Dubai, a construction and real estate company, and I am currently looking for a highly skilled DeFi Solutions Architect for a project-based collaboration. Our main goal is to facilitate high-value, cross-border real estate transactions securely and cost-effectively, bypassing the limitations and high fees of traditional banking. To achieve this, we need a custom decentralized payment and escrow infrastructure tailored for enterprise-scale B2B and B2C deals.

The Task and Timeline

We need to design, build, and deploy a custom DeFi payment architecture for the ************* platform within a strict 45-day timeline. You will be responsible for engineering smart contract-based escrow systems, implementing multi-sig treasury wallets, and establishing secure routing to OTC desks for fiat off-ramping. A critically important part of the job is ensuring enterprise-grade security, integrating automated KYC/AML screening (e.g., Chainalysis) to comply with regional regulations, and preparing the architecture for an independent third-party security audit prior to launch.

Who I am Looking For

I need an autonomous blockchain architect with at least 5 years of backend and Web3 experience, backed by a proven track record of deploying secure DeFi protocols or escrow systems that handle multi-million dollar transaction volumes. You must have deep expertise in Solidity, advanced custody models, and EVM-compatible networks. You should be highly proficient in managing smart contract upgradeability, integrating decentralized oracles, and mitigating complex attack vectors like reentrancy or front-running to build a truly bulletproof financial infrastructure.

Budget and Terms

We are offering remote work under a direct B2B contract with zero corporate bureaucracy—you will be coordinating all architectural decisions directly with me. For the development, security hardening, and successful release of the escrow infrastructure, there is a fixed payout of $40,000 USD. During the second and third months, we will need your technical support: monitoring contract performance, managing multi-sig operations alongside my team, and optimizing OTC routing. For each month of support, we pay $10,000 USD.
