Job Summary
This role requires overseeing and supervising complex construction and utility projects, ensuring quality and compliance in mechanical or electrical disciplines within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction works involving buildings or utilities laying, testing, and commissioning to ensure project quality and compliance
Lead and coordinate teams within the RTO to deliver projects of similar complexity effectively
Apply mechanical or electrical expertise to oversee technical aspects of projects and resolve operational challenges
Monitor team composition to maintain A.RTO proportion within 30% of total RTO team strength
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles over complex works
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in major construction works related to buildings or utilities laying, testing, and commissioning
