Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Process Engineer – Manufacturing Quality
to drive process improvement, standardisation, governance and digitalisation across manufacturing operations.
Working within the
Operational Excellence team
, you will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and IT teams to improve processes and implement scalable digital solutions.
Note:
This is a
Business Process Excellence / Digital Transformation role
, not a day-to-day QA/QC operational position.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse, optimise and standardise manufacturing quality processes across global sites.
Drive
process governance, continuous improvement and digitalisation
initiatives.
Support
NPI, Process Change Management, CAPA, non-conformance, inspection/control planning, rework and concession processes
.
Manage
Quality Master Data governance
and process standards.
Gather business requirements and translate them into digital/system solutions.
Support implementation and enhancement of
SAP QM, MES and Digital Quality Management systems
.
Develop workflow automation using
JobRouter, Power Automate or similar platforms
.
Develop process maps, business requirements, SOPs and work instructions.
Lead cross-functional workshops and manage process improvement projects.
Define and monitor process KPIs.
Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT and OT stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality Engineering or related discipline
.
5+ years' experience
in manufacturing, quality, process engineering or operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of
manufacturing quality processes and SAP
.
Experience with
SAP QM and SAP Master Data Management/Governance
.
Knowledge of
ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
.
Experience implementing
ERP, MES, digital quality or workflow solutions
.
Strong
project and stakeholder management
skills.
Experience with
NPI, APQP, PPAP and Manufacturing Process Change Management
preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Business Process Management experience is advantageous.
