Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, manage patient flow, and schedule appointments
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Attend to inbound calls and assist with patient enquiries
- Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures
- Submit insurance claims and issue tax invoices
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential medical documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Provide concierge assistance for patients to and from MRT stations or drop-off points, when required
- Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Level qualification
- Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
- Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a willingness to learn
