Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising the daily catering and F&B service operations, ensuring smooth service, good food presentation, cleanliness, and excellent customer service while supporting the team to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B and catering service operations.
• Lead and monitor service crew/catering assistants during operation.
• Assign daily duties and ensure staff are properly deployed.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to company standards.
• Monitor food presentation, portioning, temperature, and service quality.
• Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Ensure all staff follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOP requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in preparing and setting up catering events, functions, and special services.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth food service.
• Prepare basic operational reports and communicate any issues to the Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, catering, hospitality, or related industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory/service role is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and manage a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Well-groomed, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays when required by operations.
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
