TOPVISION EYE SPECIALIST BERHAD Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,100 - Ricebowl

· Ability to use the system for all patient related matters and ordering or purchasing of stocks and consumables

· Performing all month end closing reports and paperwork submission to HQ

. Central purchase for stocks including medications, lens, consumables etc.

· Identify and creation of master list for all items, with costing and purchase quantity (incl. bonusing), vendors

. Verify all purchase order requisition from all Topvision centres

. Check against stock balance and sales to determine stock level

· Work closely with Centre Team Leaders and Doctors on purchases

· Maintain a master filing system for all Orders

· All central purchase order documentation to be handed over to finance for payment

· Issue PO at group level and arrange ship-to respective centres

· Point of contact for vendors on orders

· Managing any price change (from Vendors). Need to work out margin of new cost and new pricing. To check and get approval from Medical Director on new Selling Price.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
