Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role is based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance review activities, and assisting managers with employee relations and engagement initiatives. The individual will support compliance with local labor regulations, manage HR documentation and reporting, and help drive HR projects that improve workplace culture and organizational effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with employees at all levels are essential aspects of this position.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR practices.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office tools.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a similar HR role is an advantage.
