Role Description The Customer Service Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The individual will handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at the clinics. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reception duties, registering patients, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with clinical teams to support smooth operations. The role also involves addressing feedback, resolving service issues, and following up with patients to support high levels of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive will work closely with colleagues and management to uphold service standards, support clinic workflows, and contribute to a positive environment for patients and staff.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport with patients, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, handle reception duties, and provide a reassuring, patient-focused experience.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management skills to respond to feedback, resolve issues promptly, and support continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Candidates should have good spoken and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, including rotational shifts and weekends as required.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; a relevant diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Candidates should be comfortable using clinic management or scheduling systems and basic office software.
