Excel Qhalif is a school and therapy centre for children with developmental delay such as autism spectrum disorder and speech delay.

Location : Jalan Reko, Kajang

Working Hour:
Every Monday to Friday : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday (once every four weeks) : 8.30 am to 2.00 pm

Requirements:

• Have own transport
• Self-motivated, responsible, and positive attitude
• Able to work independently
• Able to travel and visit other branches to perform duties

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance requests and complaints, including minor repairs and handyman works.

2. To attend and maintain electricity supply, lighting, plumbing system, fire-fighting system, phone & internet system, water supply works, etc.

3. Carry out all scheduled maintenance of the building and common facilities accordingly within the timeline.

4. Resolve breakdown & emergency maintenance tasks, some of which may require action outside of normal working hours.

5. Perform other duties as per requested by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
