About the role
The Senior Manager, Organization Development designs and executes the organization effectiveness strategy to align corporate structure and talent capabilities with strategic business goals. Reporting to the CHRO and partnering with leadership team, this role drives organizational development, HR transformations, strategic workforce planning and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Design & Effectiveness
- Architect and optimize organizational structures to enhance agility, speed of execution, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct span-of-control, organizational layering, and role-clarity assessments to eliminate structural redundancies.
- Formulate organization design principles, decision governance, and operating model frameworks.
- Establish OD dashboards and analytics to evaluate structural effectiveness, workforce productivity, and overall costs.
- Evaluate strategic workforce requirements, talent risks, and capability gaps and provide recommendations to close the gaps.
Transformation & Change Management
- Support CHRO to drive the end-to-end people-related transformation programs and strategic change initiatives.
- Formulate change management strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Build internal change management capability and leadership readiness to ensure long-term adoption and benefit realization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of overall HR and organizational development experience, with at least 5+ years in management consulting, organizational development, or HR transformation.
- Demonstrated track record advising executive leadership on organizational design and development.
- Experience within management consulting firms is highly advantageous.
