Job Summary

- To complete all maintenance works in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards.

- Ensure the proper operation of all the electrical system and compliance to the safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure all electrical systems installed in the buildings, parks, recreational facilities, etc. are in good operating conditions at all times.

· Ensure the proper condition and operation of all electrical switchboards and their proper safety protection.

· Carry out the maintenance works as scheduled and complete the works on time and quality and meeting the established maintenance standards.

· Assist the management through regular inspections of the facilities located in the township and report on their conditions.

· Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to ensure the proper operation of the standby generator.

· Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

· To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

· Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

· Chargeman Certificate.
