Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Electronic Manufacturing
• Position Title: Operator (Production)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm) – not inclusive OT
• Salary Package: Basic + OT + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) and complete box-build products according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Operate SMT (Surface Mount Technology) or conventional assembly and soldering machines.
• Perform visual inspections and support Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and basic functional testing.
• Identify and separate defective parts and report any production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow workplace safety guidelines.

• Minimum Secondary school education or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) qualification.
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Good hand-eye coordination and willingness to work overtime when required.
• OT hours: Mon – Thurs (2 hours), Fri (occasionally), Sat (Full Day)
