Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and families, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance and wealth management needs.
Formulate and execute individual business development plans to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams including investment advisors, wealth planners and product specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client requirements.
Conduct regular portfolio analysis and review, providing timely investment updates and advising on a broad range of products (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Structured Products, Insurance, and Credit/Lending solutions).
Ensure all client onboarding (KYC), account documentation, and transaction processes comply fully with the bank's internal guidelines and statutory regulatory requirements (e.g., HKMA, SFC, AML, and FATCA).
Maintain high professional standards and strictly adhere to cross-border regulations and code of conduct.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of solid relationship management experience in Private Banking or Private Wealth Management.
Proven track record in portfolio management and client acquisition within the HNW segment.
Strong knowledge of global financial markets, portfolio asset allocation, and private banking structures.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A professional qualification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent is preferred
Fluent in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly essential for serving the Mainland China/Cross-border client segment.
