Full Time HR Officer (Training) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Instruments Technology (Johor) Sdn Bhd Johor Bahru - Ricebowl

• Assist Human Resource Manager to prepare, conduct and announce Annual Training Plan for entire organization.
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate training and development activities for the organization.
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Develop and conduct ongoing training module for staff members.
• Train Instructors and Supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
• Assist Human Resource Manager in prepare and monitor training budget for whole organization.
• Review and evaluate student industrial attachment program.
• Facilitate training preparation and analysis of the training report.
• Responsible for the compliance of training objectives.
• Coordinate training placement for the new hire (Auto Lathe & Base Plate trainees).
• Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs using the knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom, training, demonstration and on-the-job-training.
• Confer with the management and conduct survey to identify training needs for shops and individually.
• Control Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) fund levy.
• Control On-The-Job-Training documentation and implementation for the whole program.
• In-charge of the application of training fund from HRDF.
• Calculate employee training hours for HR and company KPI.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Human Resources or any administration field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
• Perform any other duties as assigned
