About Our Client

Our client, a well-established legal practice with a strong focus on conveyancing, banking and commercial transactions, is expanding its team and looking for suitable candidates to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage conveyancing files, including subsale and loan documentation
• Prepare, review and follow up on relevant conveyancing documents
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents and relevant authorities
• Monitor file progress and ensure transactions are completed within the required timelines
• Follow up on outstanding documents, payments, redemption, registration and other matters
• Maintain proper and updated file records
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Assist in guiding junior clerks and ensuring smooth workflow within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in conveyancing
• Strong experience in subsale and bank loan documentation
• Experience handling conveyancing files independently from commencement to completion
• Able to manage multiple files and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant documentation
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, bankers, developers, agents and relevant authorities
• Comfortable guiding and assisting junior team members
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and write Mandarin would be an advantage
• Meticulous, organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Candidates with developer project experience will have an added advantage
